Last night, Mrs. Goodwin read over the Progress Check #2 responses--they were much better!--

Tell Mrs. Goodwin what you are still struggling with, regarding objective 1 a-d.  Your journal response should be detailed and in depth.  A simple "I get everything." will not work.  EVERYONE is struggling with at least one of the concepts.  Remember, your responses are only read by Mrs. Goodwin.  This is a way to receive help without having to speak in front of the class.

Friday, February 22nd

Yesterday you took a Juno quiz over the first three objectives.  Go back and look at your scores, which ones you missed and which ones you answered correctly?  For the ones you missed, why did you miss them?  What can you do to improve your score if you were to take it again?

Thursday, February 21st

Explain to Mrs. Goodwin why you think cells have membranes in black.  After you explain your initial thoughts, do some research!  In blue, explain to Mrs. Goodwin what you found through research.  Make sure to put the research in your own words.

Look at the first two objectives for the Cell Transport Unit.  How are these two objectives connected?  How are they connected to the previous unit?

Tuesday, February 19th

Today we start a new unit--Cell Transportation.  For the journal today, click back on Mrs. Goodwin's website and click on the Cell Transport tab at the top.  Under the heading of "Welcome to Cell Transportation!" read the directions and follow them.  DO NOT rush through this journal; take your time to think about the connections from last unit to your new objectives.

Once your table is complete using all of the unit objectives, copy and paste your document link in your journal response for Mrs. Goodwin to view.  Make sure you change your document to public.
